The Challenge

The Juniper Studio was tasked with replatforming the Anderson Accounts website. The existing site, built on WordPress, needed a full migration to a new platform. The project's goals were to successfully transfer all content, implement updated branding, and address various technical and content-related limitations to launch an improved, modern website.

The Solution

We managed the project through a structured, collaborative process from initial agreement to post-launch support.

Phase 1: Planning & Discovery

Following the project agreement, we established the new annual hosting plan and began the technical discovery. This involved coordinating with the client to gain access to the existing WordPress site, Krystal hosting, and the 123 Reg domain manager to ensure a smooth transition.

Phase 2: Development & Migration

Development progressed quickly, and a work-in-progress link was shared for review. We successfully migrated all existing content from the old site. Throughout this phase, we worked closely with the client to review and update content, such as adding new "About me" sections.

Phase 3: Revisions & Technical Refinements

During the review process, the client raised several queries regarding article read-time calculations, content alignment, and navigation structure. We provided clear explanations and solutions for each point. When a technical need for content tables arose, we enabled a new feature in the Prismic CMS to accommodate it.

Phase 4: Launch

With final client approval, the new website was officially launched on August 4, 2025. We handled the complete technical cutover, set up Google Search Console and Google Analytics, and advised the client they could safely close their old Krystal hosting account.

Results & Post-Launch Support

The project resulted in a successful launch of the new Anderson Accounts website. Our support continued after the site went live to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.

  • Immediate Support: We conducted post-launch checks and tested critical functions, such as the contact form, to ensure all enquiries were being processed correctly.
  • SEO & Analytics Consultation: We advised the client on setting up an Ahrefs account for SEO monitoring and discussed the benefits of using Google Tag Manager (GTM). We also provided guidance on fixing SEO errors on new guides the client had added, empowering them to manage their new site effectively.
