Project: Bespoke Website Development & SEO Strategy
The Brief
Reform Architects, a leading architectural firm in London, approached The Juniper Studio to develop a new digital presence. We consulted with their director, Andrew Dawes, to outline the project's core aims: to create a visually striking website that matched their design ethos, migrate away from legacy systems, and build a strong foundation for long-term search engine optimisation (SEO).
Our Process
Our engagement began with a deep dive into the specific project requirements. This involved strategic discussions on design, mitigating technical debt from legacy issues, and defining key SEO considerations to attract their ideal clientele.
The project kicked off in January 2025, contingent on the final design assets from their team. We coordinated closely with their content manager, Sara Golnabi, who supplied the finalised content via Figma, giving us a clear blueprint.
By February, with the designs finalised by their designer, Matt, and approved by Andrew, we held a comprehensive kick-off meeting. This ensured full alignment before our development team began the build phase, translating their precise design vision into a fully functional, high-performance website.
